  1. Left leg slides back into cat stance, peacock block with right hand on top
  2. Left leg slides to the side into a lunging forward stance, left hand palm blocks, right hand does a vertical spear hand to the groin
  3. Right leg slides back into cat stance, left hand strikes forward with a knife hand strike, right hand pull back to the side
  4. Right leg steps forward into forward stance, right elbow lifts up to chin and then drops down to the nose
  5. Left leg steps forward into forward stance, forward punch with left hand
  6. Right leg steps forward into forward stance, forward punch with right hand
  7. Right leg slides back into cat stance, left hand does a palm block downwards, right hand back knuckles
