  1. Step forward with the right leg into a forward stance, elbow smash with right elbow
  2. Cover, right hand on top, left on bottom, hands open
  3. Left leg slides to the right and turn 180 degrees into a forward stance with the left leg in front, outward block with the left hand
  4. Left hand grabs wrist, right leg steps forward into horse’s stance, bottom fist to the groin
  5. Right leg slides up to cat stance, left hand palm block downward, and right hand back knuckle
