  1. Step back with left leg into forward stance, right hand outward block
  2. Step back with right leg into forward stance, left hand upward block
  3. Step back with left leg into forward stance, right hand inward block
  4. Slide the left leg up to right, turn body to the right side, step back into forward stance with the left leg, downward cross block closed hand
  5. Slide right leg up to left and turn body 180 degrees to the left and slide into a horse’s stance with the right leg, then do an open hand upward cross block
