  1. Step back with left leg into forward stance, right hand outward block
  2. Step back with right leg into forward stance, left hand upward block
  3. Step back with left leg into forward stance, right hand inward block
  4. Slide the left leg up to right, turn body to the right side, step back into forward stance with the left leg, downward cross block closed hand
  5. Slide right leg up to left and turn body 180 degrees to the left and slide into a horse’s stance with the right leg, then do an open hand upward cross block
  6. Downward cross block closed hand
  7. Upward cross block closed hand
  8. Left side-to-side
  9. Right hand chop to the neck
  10. Slide left leg up to right, then step forward with the left leg into a forward stance, forward punch with the left hand
  11. Step forward with the right leg into a forward stance, elbow smash with right elbow
  12. Cover, right hand on top, left on bottom, hands open
  13. Left leg slides to the right and turn 180 degrees into a forward stance with the left leg in front, outward block with the left hand
  14. Left hand grabs wrist, right leg steps forward into horse’s stance, bottom fist to the groin
  15. Right leg slides up to cat stance, left hand palm block downward, and right hand back knuckle
